Speed and Agility Training Introduction Open to ages 11 thru 13 - Designed to introduce and improve basic running skills in novice athletes through active, dynamic conditioning. Athletes will learn effective ways to improve balance, mobility, stability, and muscular/cardiovascular endurance. For the Advanced Athlete Open to all ages - Designed to enhance athletic performance through improvement of maximum speed, acceleration, and change of direction. Strength Training Introduction Open to ages 11 thru 13 - Designed to introduce and improve basic lifting skills in novice athletes through highly supervised coaching. Athletes will learn effective ways to improve strength, power, and muscular endurance. For the Advanced Athlete Open to all ages - Designed to enhance athletic performance through improvement of core strength, explosive power, and muscular endurance. Conditioning Introduction Open to ages 11 thru 13 - Designed to introduce and improve basic conditioning skills in novice athletes through specific fuel system training. Athletes will learn effective ways to increase VO2 Max, lactic acid threshold, and muscular endurance. For the Advanced Athlete Open to all ages - Designed to enhance athletic performance through improvement of VO2 Max, lactic acid threshold, and muscular endurance.
