CARDIO CHALLENGE: Every Saturday morning at 8:30am join a different Black Bear Fitness instructor to lead you through a one hour class of cardio madness. Classes include but are not limited to kickboxing, zumba, step, hi-lo, boot camp, intense intervals, fat burner and more. SWEAT: Reach Your Fitness Goals! This group personal training class offers a full-body workout for ALL levels! Both muscle toning and cardiovascular conditioning will be gained. This class uses a variety of resistance and cardiovascular equipment such as Kettle Bells/ Bosu Balls/ Dumbbells/ Weighted Bars/ Row Machine/ Ladder. This class is an additional fee and pre-registration is required. KID’S YOGA: Kid’s can increase muscular strength, boost body confidence and self-esteem, and improve learning and social skills by practicing yoga. Even as it maintains the natural flexibility of young joints and improves posture, yoga can increase your child’s concentration with a sense of playfulness, freedom and imagination.
